Every fee reflects the expertise, time, and care invested in crafting your experience. A detailed fee schedule is provided during your complimentary consultation.
Planning Fee
Covers understanding your travel vision, designing the trip framework, all research — hotels, flights, tours, pricing, and availability — supplier communication, and presenting curated options. This fee begins after the complimentary consultation.
Itinerary Creation Fee
Covers building the structured, day‑by‑day itinerary including activities, timing, logistics, reservations, and experience curation.
Cancellation Fee
Covers the time already invested in researching, designing the trip framework, communicating with suppliers, and the administrative work required when a trip is canceled.
Change Fee
Covers modifications requested after the itinerary or bookings are finalized, including re‑researching options, adjusting logistics, and updating itinerary documents.
Rush Fee
Covers urgent trips that require priority handling and accelerated planning.
Concierge Fee
Covers luxury add‑on services such as restaurant reservations, spa bookings, private drivers, tours, and special experiences.
Group Management Fee
Covers coordinating multi‑traveler logistics, payments, communication, and supplier coordination.
Trip Deposits
Trip deposits are required by suppliers to secure your travel arrangements and lock in rates, rooms, and availability. These deposits are applied toward your total trip cost and vary by destination, supplier, and group size. Deposits are collected after itinerary approval and before reservations are confirmed.
All fees are discussed and agreed upon before any work begins.
